How long is a session?
Our first session together will be between 60 – 90 minutes. Consequent session will last between 50 – 60 minutes.
What is the first session like?
In this session we will discuss the reasons you're coming to therapy and how we can work together to make the changes you want.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different, so this will depend on what the issue is you would like help with, as each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their needs. We can decide together what's best for you in our initial chat.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy aims to help you in the shortest time possible, making the changes permanent.
You may need only two or three, or you may need several sessions over a period of months. On average though, most people need 3-6 sessions. We want to make sure that change is permanent for you.
One of the most important aspects of this therapy is your commitment to the process. I might ask you to listen to a recording that I will write just for you. I may ask you to practise visualisation or keep a journal. You need to be prepared to commit to these.
How do I book an appointment?
You can call me on 07711 899658 or drop me an email at nikki@nikkirosstherapy.co.uk If I am unable to answer the call straight away I will phone you back.
How much does it cost?
Individual sessions are £95, however packages are available.
I like to offer a free initial telephone consultation so that we can discuss your needs and I can answer any queries you might have. Choosing the right therapist is important and I may steer you in another direction if I think it would be more appropriate for you.
The service I offer is bespoke. I give you care, support and understanding. Together we work on creating change. If you are ready for change and ready to commit to the process then we can begin.
How do I pay?
Advance payment can be made either via PayPal or a bank transfer.
Do you work with everyone?
The initial free consultation will help us both establish if we are a good fit. If you are already working with another therapist you will need to pause that before we can begin.

I follow the strict Codes of Conduct of these organisations and in order to be a member I have to renew each year with proof of CPD. I am proud to be able to say that I belong to these organisations and adhere to the high standards that they require.
